Become a Berne Friend

Who are Berne Friends?

We are a community of Berne colleagues who have, at some point, been in training at The Berne Institute. We welcome being in touch with The Berne and each other, connecting up with old friends and meeting new ones to share a focused discussion of mutual interest.

When do Berne Friends meet?

We meet on Zoom three times a year, for 1½ hours on a midweek evening. The invitation goes out to all those on The Berne Friends database.

An email will be sent two weeks in advance with the topic and the Zoom invitation.

Who can join?

Berne Friends welcomes all who have previously been part of a Berne Institute training programme (from Foundation Year through to Exam Group) and have now left. This is for Education, Organisation and Psychotherapy.

Some of you will have completed your training. Some of you will have left for multiple reasons. We’d love to keep in touch and enjoy your company as part of our Berne community.

We are still building our Berne Friends database, and if you are interested in joining us, please use the sign up form.

In passing your information to us you agree to The Berne Institute keeping your contact details on the Berne Friends database to maintain contact with you regarding future meetings, events and information regarding The Berne Institute community events.

Our Data Protection Policy and Privacy Notice can be found here.

Next meeting Wednesday 19th March 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm (UK time), on the theme of "Power and Leadership".
