Organisational TA training prepares you to apply TA principles and concepts to helping organisations to function effectively and harmoniously.
We are concerned with analysing and changing the dynamics of how groups work together, both internally and how the external boundary can be most productive.
Of course, this also means that the individual within the organisations needs to find a role. There are many aspects to the role – the assigned role is just one aspect of many.
In organisations and groups, it is important to understand the dynamics of power and how it can flow through an organisation to empower groups and individuals rather than disempower them. TA concepts are extremely useful in understanding existing power structures and also in enabling change to more useful ones.
Every organisation has a culture. TA script theory allows us to understand the culture(s) and to use them productively.
